An African feminist movement for young female Africans led by young female Africans!
Since its inception in 2019, Strong Girls Evolution (SGE) has been a force for change.
Founded by Eunice Naffie Mustapha, a Legal Policy Expert dedicated to championing capacity-building, SGE began as a vision to empower young women and girls across Sierra Leone. Although Eunice is no longer leading the organization, her legacy lives on through a growing collective of passionate female leaders. Today, SGE is a shared movement led by and for young women, committed to equipping young females with the tools they need to lead and drive meaningful change. Through mentorship, training, safe spaces, and global media outreach, SGE fosters leadership, community engagement, and lasting impact both locally and globally. Our strength lies in collaboration, sisterhood, and the belief that empowered girls grow into powerful women who lead transformation.
